Did you know you can manage aspects of your tenancy with us online – 24/7? 

Register for a My Access account and report and track repairs, pay your rent and more at the click of a button – on any device! 

Registration is quick and easy. Once you have registered you will immediately receive an automated response to the email you provided so that you can start using the portal right away, saving you time and money.  

There are some great advantages to using My Access – If you are one of our tenants you can:  

  • View your current and previous rent accounts 
  • Report repairs and check their status 
  • Make payments 
  • Request a refund 
  • Edit existing contact details 
  • Add new contact details 
  • Set your preferred contact method 

If you are not one of our tenants, you can use the Portal to check your housing application, but you must have first registered with us for a council house as you need the application reference number to access the Portal.  

If you aren’t already registered to use the Portal, register now by following the instructions below. 

Register for a My Access account 

Click on the My Account button at the top of this page. If you are one of our tenants, you will need your Tenancy Reference Number. You can find this on your rent statement, annual rent variation notice or any other rent letters we send to you. If you are still not sure, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help. 

If you are not a tenant and have applied for a council house you will need your application reference number to register. You can find this on the email we sent to your when you first applied for housing. If you can’t find this please contact
