Our Get Involved Group or GIG is our core group of tenants who have agreed to volunteer and have their say on our housing services and policies or make a difference to where they live by setting up or joining their local TARA (Tenant and Residents Association) or Tenant Club.
You can be involved as much or as little as you can commit to – from being our eyes and ears out in the community through mystery shopping to attending meetings such as One Voice Forum and Tenants Scrutiny Panel or just doing something with a spare five minutes at home – a snap survey or answering a sounding board text.
It’s entirely up to you how you want to have your say and make a positive difference to our housing services or your neighbourhood!
Don’t miss out, please let us know what suits you best and we will provide any support or training that you need to make a positive difference!
Mystery Shopping
By becoming a mystery shopper, you can check the quality of the services that we provide through a phone call or web chat or doing inspections in person on our properties, estates or communal halls for example, We will provide you all the training you need!
