East Area Estate Reports

• Our team attended Armthorpe's Day of Action, in partnership with South Yorkshire Police and City of Doncaster Council
• A letter drop was done on Lime Tree Avenue and Maple Grove, following reports of issues with dog faeces
• 7 Keeping in Touch visits were completed
• Our caretakers cleared fly tipping from Chestnut Avenue garage site and cut back an overgrown bush in Larch Drive
• 4 visits in relation to Tenancy Breach cases, 2 of which were resolved as a result of the visit

• A letter drop was completed alongside City of Doncaster Council on the back of a previous door knock in Edenthorpe, following reports of youth nuisance, dog fouling and parking
• 51 Keeping In Touch visits were completed, part of our 3 year rolling programme to visit all of our tenants
• Our caretakers visited an alleyway in Thorne following reports of overgrown conifers which were affecting access
• We attended 4 partnership meetings where we discussed issues within our communities, looking at ways to provide resolution in partnership with City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police

Caretakers cleared 11 areas of land, including inspections on garage sites. They also cut back a hedge that was overhanging a public right of way in the Thorne area.

• We carried out an Engagement Day in the Thorne and Moorends area with our partners from City of Doncaster Council. Tenancy Breach visits were also carried out, and we did a door knock on a street in Thorne due to reports of Anti Social Behaviour 
• 25 Keeping in Touch visits were carried out as part of our 3 year rolling programme to visit all of our tenants
• We attended 6 partnership meetings, where issues within our communities are discussed. We look at providing a resolution to these issues, alongside City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police.

Our Caretakers have cleared 3 garage sites in the area of reported fly tipping, and also 2 areas of land.

• 36 Keeping in Touch visits were carried out as part of our 3 year rolling programme to visit all of our tenants
• We attended 6 partnership meetings, where issues within our communities are discussed. We look at providing a resolution to these issues, alongside City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police.

Our Caretakers have cleared 7 garage sites in the area of reported fly tipping, and also 9 areas of land. They have also carried out some maintenance on a number of shrub beds in the area.

• 77 Keeping in Touch visits were carried out as part of our 3 year rolling programme to visit all of our tenants
• We attended 6 partnership meetings, where issues within our communities are discussed. We look at providing a resolution to these issues, alongside City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police.

Our Caretakers have cleared 2 garage sites in areas where fly tipping has taken place, and also 15 areas of land. They have also carried out some garden clearances for our new tenants, to ensure that they are provided with a manageable garden at the beginning of their tenancy.

• We attended 3 partnership meetings, where issues within our communities are discussed. We look at providing a resolution to these issues, alongside City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police.

Our Caretakers carried out -

• 5 garden clearances, 1 of which was a first cut for a new tenant
• 7 garage site inspections across the East area, 6 of which were cleared of flytipping
• 8 ad-hoc clearances on communal land/open spaces whilst out in the area

• 109 Keeping in Touch visits were carried out as part of our 3 year rolling programme to visit all of our tenants
• We attended 6 partnership meetings, where issues within our communities are discussed. We look at providing a resolution to these issues, alongside City of Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police.
