Our repairs and maintenance teams once again provided an absolutely essential service for you in 2024/25 which saw a high demand from our customers.

Despite financial challenges around inflation and costs of materials, we continued to make improvements in this area – reducing our repairs backlog to zero and working hard to continue to reduce waiting times for repairs.

After we complete a repair, we ask customers to complete a survey. Over 8,000 customers responded throughout the year – with 75% saying they were satisfied with the repair; 85% happy with the quality of their repairs; 80% satisfied with the waiting time; and 93% of customers telling us they thought our trade staff were polite and respectful.

In 2024/25 our dedicated Damp, Mould and Condensation team also helped around 2,500 customers with surveys, advice and support about this issue to ensure people were supported.
