St. Leger Homes is an award-winning company, which provides excellent housing services across Doncaster. We work in partnership with the City of Doncaster Council, our customers and other agencies, providing homes in neighborhoods that people are proud to live.

We are an Arm’s Length Management Organisation, or ‘ALMO’, created by Doncaster Council in 2005. Since then, we have continued to improve the condition and safety of our homes, the support we offer tenants and the outcomes we achieve for the Council.

Whilst we are a housing management organisation, we also run other services for the Council including the homelessness service, lettings, a private lettings agency and resident employment and education services. We are proud of the role we play in supporting residents of the borough not least through our award-winning apprenticeship and trainee programmes.

Over recent years we have continued to modernise the ways in which we work, improve our services and develop our staff skills, which we do in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Whilst we take a great deal of pride from the quality of homes we manage; we are extremely conscious of the potential we can play in supporting our residents to live great lives and our overall contribution to the environmental and economic success of the City. Doncaster is a pleasant and compassionate northern city with a rich industrial legacy, St Leger has a major role to play as a key stakeholder in turning that legacy into a successful future.

Our service standards 

St. Leger Homes of Doncaster aims to provide the highest levels of customer service. We think it is important that our customers are aware of the standards we set for ourselves. In this way you can have confidence in us and can hold us to account if we fall below the high standards expected. 

We monitor our standards and review them every year. We continually listen to what you tell us and we are committed to improving our service wherever possible.
