Due to a backlog, our Permissions Team won’t be able to carry out any further visits to customer’s homes until at least 29 July 2024.
Our Permissions Team handle requests from customers who want to make their own improvements to their home. Many minor improvements – such as fitting laminate flooring, decorating and installing a water meter – don’t require a home visit, so we are still able to deal with these requests as normal.
For more complex improvements however we do need to come out and assess the planned work before giving you permission, and it is these requests that will be affected.
