This week our Gas Team had their first Andy's Man Club (AMC) session as part of their regular team meeting.
We spoke to Jordan, our Gas Team Leader who organised the session, about why it was so important to him to get involved with this.
“I have read a lot about Andy’s Man Club and the great work that they do, and I realised that someone in our team could potentially be struggling and us not know", said Jordan.
"After mentioning AMC during recent check in’s to my team, I didn’t want this to be an empty suggestion and felt the best way to raise awareness and sign post to our team would be for a facilitator to come and explain in his own words, how the group can offer immediate support - and also how easily accessible they are.
"If the session helps just #thatoneman - it would be worth it.”
