We are delighted to celebrate that one of our Apprentices has been recognised once again with an award.
At last night’s (7 December) Doncaster Business Awards, trades apprentice Jack Aston added the Apprentice of the Year award to his collection following his recent win at the Direct Works awards.
Jack’s success once again underpins our commitment to delivering a fantastic Apprenticeship programme for people in Doncaster wanting to access a career in a trade or the Housing sector.
On winning the award Jack said: “Not only does this award highlight my development as a surveyor and as an individual, but it also recognises the continued support and hard work I receive from everyone around me at St Leger Homes."
“I owe a big thank you for the commitment all my colleagues make towards my learning.”
We were also up for Employer of the Year but were narrowly pipped into the runners up position by the Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust.
But even without bringing the award home, we are proud to have once again been a finalist in this category.
