As a valued tenant of St Leger Homes, we value your input and opinion, especially when it comes to lived experience. That's why we have set up involvement groups for various communities within the business. So, if you have a disability, are from the BAME or LGBTQ+ Community, we'd love for you to be involved.
What do these groups do?
The various groups act as a bridge between colleagues and the business ensuring effective and coordinated action across the organisation to reduce disadvantages, discrimination and inequalities of opportunity, and promote Equality & Diversity for colleagues within policies, strategies and service delivery.
They allow tenants to make suggestions for support, share concerns and promote lived experience expertise to allow St Leger Homes to deliver the best possible service and support to it's colleagues. The groups take an active role in suggesting topics to celebrate, providing advice on issues that arise within their community, acting as a critical friend to St Leger Homes and supporting other tenants and the wider community by raising concerns with the EDI team.
